ORGANIC CAJUN-FRIED CAULIFLOWER “CHICKEN” IS FINGER-LICKING DELICIOUSNESS.

DIRECTIONS

  • Use an oil for high temperature cooking;
  • Three Oil Choices: Refined Coconut Oil, Grapeseed Oil, or Avocado Oil.
  • In an deep fryer or electric skillet, heat oil to 350°.
  • Fry cauliflower, one to two pieces at a time, 3-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and juices run clear.
