We're a creative group of students and community builders who are driven by social impact. 🤓 We are obsessively student-first and have valuable student incentives, including access to influential mentors from the ranks of multi-millionaires. Our mission is to empower marginalized college graduates to break through barriers and secure job opportunities by providing them with practical work experience, valuable connections, and a supportive community.
We educate and support each other by continuously building innovative learning patterns, and practical job skills, all while helping each other transition towards new healthier habits.
Currently, we have listed positions with over 1000 accredited schools, including intimate partnerships with 112+ universities.
Additionally, we are endorsed by our exclusive university partners for their federal work-study program, where eligible students get paid to contribute at Assuaged!

Interns and Volunteers are provided access to our specialized graphic design agency Kapa99 and Canva Pro for graphic and video design.
We also provide our dedicated interns with an in-house resume editor and curator in efforts to create a modernized and designed resume.
The Design Academy is also open for in-depth training on how to effectively design per brand standards.
We will provide Hubspot, LinkedIn, and one-on-one in-house trainings. Interns will learn how to use Hubspot's robust software and business networking principles. Interns and Volunteers are also provided access to achieve Hubspot Academy certifications.
Students also have access to a $5K valued training suite offered by our partner Agorapulse.

We only use the best software in-house, including but not limited to G-Suite, Monday.com, Slack, AgoraPulse, Hubspot, Grammarly, Clockify, NectarHR, SE Ranking, Loom, Microsoft Teams, G-Suite, and Smartlook.
Students can access various software suites, including our 7+ agencies specializing in Website Design and Functionality, Graphic Design, Mobile App Development, Affiliate Marketing, and SEO.

Assuaged Foundation, Inc., is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit eligible to award students The President's Volunteer Service Award.
This is an opportunity to honor our most outstanding volunteers and recognize their impact.
Awards are issued as a tangible award (coin, pin, or medallion necklace) and a certification signed by the current U.S. President.
We offer students the opportunity to collect Catchafire credits on a project-by-project basis. Your volunteerism on the platform is issued through a profile, displaying that you donated time for work and what the monetary amount would be worth.
This is an impressive way to show other organizations and agencies your passion for serving and may lead to external opportunities.
Student interns can hire other creatives using our freelancing platforms and lead them on projects including but not limited to: film and video content, blogs, social media projects, project management, editorial needs, website development, SEO, and more.
Allowing students to hire creatives extends their experience in leadership and project management.

This group community of 7, 8, and 9-figure serial entrepreneurs host in-person luxury private events raising funds for charity. Students can partake in the event coordination experience reaping the rewards from valuable ungated high net-worth networking opportunities.
Our team at Assuaged Foundation acts as a concierge service by writing reference letters for students, leaving them online reviews, endorsing students for their skills, and outreaching out to potential employers on their behalf.
Our program continuously raises the bar by ensuring a 50%+ post-graduation job placement rate.
Currently, we are in the process of finalizing partnerships with various employment agencies as a jumpstart to our new job placement program.
