Hi there, I’m Kai, a recently graduated master's in Public Health at Oregon State University, with a focus on global health and an undergraduate background in nutrition science.
Ever since the very first day I arrived in the US, I’ve been discovering the great differences in diet and lifestyle compared to China, where I am originally from. And years later, I’m still trying to find the perfect blend of ancient oriental wisdom and scientific studies for my own healthiest lifestyle.
In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, and I find it curious how cultural heritages forge our way of eating and living. I have always trusted in the power of diversity.
Getting input from individuals with different cultural backgrounds, family traditions, professional knowledge, and life experiences is the key to merging all the gaps and resolving all the conflicts.
