My name is Kathryn Dunham, Katy for short, and I am currently pursing a degree in Criminal Justice Studies. I am a senior at the University of Arizona and am super excited for this opportunity to intern at the Assuaged Foundation Inc. I am always looking to learn new things and apply everything I have learned thus far to this internship! I am excited to also expand my knowledge in the Public Health field since I will be working closely with that group.

Through this internship I hope to learn the ins and outs of non-profit work and how criminal justice plays a role in their everyday functions. I am also excited to work with fellow students, to collaborate on projects, and to learn from the amazing people that run this foundation. I know this internship will help to further develop my communication skills along with my accountability in group work settings. Overall I am just ecstatic to work with the Assuaged Foundation!
