ORGANIC SALTED CARAMEL FILLING INGREDIENTS

 1 1/4 cups Medjool Dates
 1/2 cup Tahini
 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
 1 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
 
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Coconut Oil

DIRECTIONS

  • Mix all ingredients on high in a blender until smooth, creamy, thick and chewy like caramel.
  • Store in refrigerator for 2-3 hours to cool before assembly.

DARK CHOCOLATE INGREDIENTS

 3 tbsp Maple Syrup
 
1/3 cup Raw Cocoa Powder
 1/3 cup Extra Virgin Coconut Oil

DIRECTIONS​

  • Place all ingredients in a small saucepan and heat on low setting while stirring constantly until combined.
  • Remove melted chocolate from saucepan and pour into a small glass bowl.

ASSEMBLY

 1/2 cup Organic Shredded Coconut

DIRECTIONS

Scoop out one teaspoon of vegan caramel and roll into a small ball then dip into coconut while pressing it into the caramel ball so it sticks. Use a toothpick to pick it up then dip into the melted chocolate.

Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Repeat until caramel is all used and then refrigerate for several hours or until chocolate is set.

Store in an airtight container for freshness up to two weeks.
