I am an undergraduate majoring in Health, Exercise, and Sport Sciences at the University of the Pacific. Alongside that, I am minoring in biology and psychology. I have a curious and eager mindset towards anything related to health.
Exercise has become part of my daily routine. In my opinion, diet and exercise should work parallel for the most beneficial health benefits. My professor once said to me "Exercise is medicine"but I can also argue that the right diet can be medicine as well. That is why I want to explore how I can satisfy my cravings for yummy foods while still maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
