Sidra Qayyum

Sidra Qayyum is a current undergraduate student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she is majoring in Biology. She is interested in going into the health care field to continue her passion for promoting gradual and positive healthy living. Learning about the detrimental effects of processed food motivated her to monitor her diet and be conscious of what she consumes on a daily basis. She makes sure to balance what she regularly eats to promote holistic wellness. She strives to continuously educate herself on healthy habits and how she can improve her lifestyle further.
