Oatmeal Energy Bites for Postpartum

ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup nut butter (peanut, almond, or your favorite)
  • 1/4 cup honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)
  • 1/4 cup dried fruit (cranberries, raisins, chopped dates, etc.)
  • 1/4 cup seeds (chia seeds, flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, etc.)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut (optional)
  • Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
  • Pinch of salt (optional)

instructions:

How-To-Make-Oatmeal-Mighty Munchies

  1. Combine rolled oats, nut butter, honey, dried fruit, and seeds in a large bowl. Stir until well combined.
  2. Add shredded coconut, cinnamon, and salt (if using) and mix well.
