INGREDIENTS:3 cups Plant-based Milk (Almond/Oat/Coconut) Oat Milk has the highest protein content 1 cup = 130 calories.1 tsp Cinnamon1 tsp Nutmeg1 tsp Allspice1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt6-7 Pitted Dates1/3 cup Cashews
1 Banana1 tsp Vanilla Extract (Optional)1 tsp Red Maca Powder (Optional)INSTRUCTIONS:
Soak cashews for one hour in hot water OR soak in cold water overnight.
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until satiny smooth.
Refrigerate for one-hour and enjoy!
