 3 cups Plant-based Milk (Almond/Oat/Coconut) Oat Milk has the highest protein content 1 cup = 130 calories.
 1 tsp Cinnamon
 1 tsp Nutmeg
 1 tsp Allspice
 1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
 6-7 Pitted Dates
 1/3 cup Cashews
 1 Banana
 1 tsp Vanilla Extract (Optional)
 1 tsp Red Maca Powder (Optional)
 Soak cashews for one hour in hot water OR soak in cold water overnight.
 Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until satiny smooth.
 Refrigerate for one-hour and enjoy!​
