Cheesy jalapeño sauce vegan

  1. Heat a pot with oil over medium, then sauté vegetables for 10 minutes.
  2. Add vegetable broth, spices, and salt and bring to a boil. Turn heat to a high simmer for 20-25 minutes until soft.
  3. Allow to cool and transfer to a high-speed processor. Blend until creamy smooth, and add freshly diced jalapeños. Pulse a few times more, if desired.
